Chris and his team were responsible for selling my brother's flat in North Finchley. Our 'straightforward move' turned into a bit of a marathon & Chris was almost single-handedly responsible for pushing it forward and closing the sale. However, it was his kindness to my highly stressed brother that really sets Chris apart from any other estate agent I've had in the past. He positively encouraged my brother to come and see him as much as needed, never complaining when he arrived unannounced with a cup of coffee demanding immediate action, and providing us updates, emotional support and pep talks throughout. I can't thank him enough. A god among estate agents - highly recommended!

Inventory Fee - no inventory was done Agreement Fee - our offer was not accepted and we were told it was Admin Fee - The landlord used his own contract and referencing was extremely minimal. All fee charges were completely ridiculous.
