Absolutely atrocious. Had to chase up so many times to get things fixed. Shower wall fell off first week due to not being put up properly nearly killing my Son who was 4 at the time. It left dent in the door and Phillip Mann are trying to deny this could've done it by holding onto my full deposit. Claimed carpet was broken even though this was due to them not fixing properly after leak in pipes under the floor. Leak under sink due to them not fixing properly and costing me lots of money in water bills. Left us 6 weeks with no washing machine. Also branch is run by miserable woman named Debbie who is rude and will try all she can to threaten to evict you or take money off you for no reason. No problem taking all my deposit back and then putting rent price up the 1250

horrible people didnt fix boiler and damp in property fence fell down roof leeked no insulation they hung up on my mother when she was worried as my son had been in hospital and they wouldnt fix heating within 24 hours, very very rude first year was fine as we didnt need them then evicted us for NO ...
