Having bought our bungalow through Mosley Jarman 8 years ago when tasked with selling my late mother in law's flat I went to them again as I felt they were friendly but very efficient. I wasn't wrong because the service we received through Ellie Pike was exceptional. The flat was a 50% shared equity owned by Guiness and they were very difficult to deal with but Ellie just kept smiling and never gave up on the e mails and phone calls and more importantly she kept us in the loop regularly we never had to contact her. When our 1st buyers withdrew as we were about to exchange she went into overdrive contacting another party who had shown interest. She helped them sell their property and our sale finally went through. She was positive all the time and she has a happy confident approach that rubs off on you!
