Hendersons Estate Agents (Whitby)

Charlie was ever so rude to me on the phone hanging up on me when I tried to find a solution about me not being able to view the property in person and being a serious cash buyer. I understood that some buyers pull out of the sale hence their decision but any offer I put forward to reassure her of my interest was quickly denied. She rejected someone going to view the property on my behalf, rejected sending me a pre recorded video of the property, she rejected me doing a property survey upon my offer to show my commitment and then she also said she knows the vendors personally and they won't be consider any of my options, shutting me down in every direction. So frustrating and quite frankly rude to have the phone hung up on me when I simply said to her： okay then, I guess you don't want my money or my sale so I'll take my money elsewhere thank you. She didn't even let me finish talking and just hung up the phone on me. That's SO disappointing and disrespectful really. I cannot beg to give my money to a company that clearly doesn't want it, so I will give up.
