Terrible attitude, rented for 8yrs and still insisted on 6month property visits, could have made this yearly - even though got yearly gas boiler checks as well and they could see property was immaculate. Too many checks, and most of the time it’s someone new who just wants a nosey around the house and adds no value… honestly make you feel like scum for being a renter even though I own a flat, I just let that out as I need more rooms!
