My long term tenant left and I advertised with another Estate Agent. I had been very unhappy with the lettings Agent I had been using. Chris approached me and said he had a tenant who would take the flat . I did not know Chris at the time but it was a great decision. That Tenancy has just expired and Chris was able to get a new tenant in immediately. Kempton lettings are fair, helpful and very good value. I would highly recommend them. Chris is amazingly helpful
