I have recently sold a property in St Davids through Charlotte Holt at West Wales Property Services. The service provided by the company was excellent. Charlotte was knowledgeable and up to date with valuations in the area and perfectly placed the property at a realistic and acceptable price. The brochure details were accurate, with numerous photographs that conveyed the best features of the property. I was notified of all viewings and Charlotte perfectly conveyed the essence of the property to prospective buyers and provided meaningful feedback after each appointment. I would certainly recommend their totally professional service.
