Shame there is no star. Cos that's what they deserve. Isabelle is a totally unprofessional person. She bullies tenants I.e. my son n daughter in.law. blames them for the mould in the property when the environmental health have told the landlord it is down to him to treat it professionally. She tells them they need to leave the heating on! In this time of extreme gas/elec bills... then she blames the tenants for not cleaning the mould. She also asks for proof that the children whom are suffering from coughs, breathing difficulties etc, she said do they have proof from the doctors!! What a total nasty piece of work she is. Thank goodness environmental health are acting and making hares and the landlord take responsibility for their lack of action.
