When we decided to sell in June 2022, we were lucky enough to choose Mayet's to sell our house. Immediately it was clear that Julie and her team knew the local market. We had a target value for our property as an identical house next door had just sold, but immediately Julie and her team felt that the market for our property should be could achieve a further £10k in terms of value. The property was advertised and two days' worth of viewings were arranged with over 30 viewings arranged over those two days. Within a day we had a number of offers on the house and we quickly sold the house with an offer £25k above the asking price. We are confident that no other estate agent in the area could have achieved that final sale value and we have no hesitation in recommending the services of Mayet's if you are selling your property.
