AVOID NORTHWOOD NEWCASTLE!! THIS IS *. Long story short he is the property manager at Northwood Bowes Mitchell Westgate Road. I have numerous emails from him stating nothing needed done to my old house when I vacated the property! He carried out the pre tenancy checkout a day prior to the tenancy ending. Then all of a sudden I received an invoice 2 months later for a deep clean, painting and decorating with photographs he had taken on the day of the checkout (after the keys had been handed back). Attached photos are photos taking the day before I handed the keys back to the office. I went into the office to find out what this bill was for he stated the house needed cleaned and painted even though he said the house was fine (the cleanest oven he had seen) I looked into these invoice and found out AM CLEANING is owned by * who is the property manager of northwood. There's no records of this company anywhere. According to Northwood this company AM CLEANING was set up in January 2022. He bare faced lied to me. I need to know where I stand as I'm getting invoiced for over £800. Northwood are standing behind him too...is this because they do the guaranteed rent scheme for landlords and this is how they cover it by creating fraudulent invoices?
