I have had the worst experience with chiltren homes. They are extremely unprofessional people who will lie and cheat just for the sake of money. I viewed a property with them I liked it and deposited the first-week holding deposit and they even after taking the deposit didn't say anything. Right on the day when I was to move into the property, I went there after paying everything and she mentioned that the other property was taken so I have to move you in here which I refused to because that was a very congested place. She said okay I will refund the money and then she deducted the holding deposit. They are cheaters, they would lie, they would cheat, they will show you other property and force you to move to another and will threat of keeping the holding deposit. Never ever find any house with them please

For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
