Unprofessional manner received from the estate agent. I have booked two appointments slots to view two properties. The estate did not call to cancel the appointment and did not turn up. Hope you will continue treating customer unfairly like this. I ll take further actions as you are regulated company. Very bad experience with the Hunter.
