Terrible unprofessional and rude! Rob Drummond is the worst estate agent I ever met triyng to blackmail me to give him commission from the jobs coming from him! Making me add extra money in my invoices I was sending to him; so hi can ask more money from the Landlord.

What agent could do to change your mind?
He could have made an effort to do his job in a humane manner rather that an either automated or arrogant manner.
