The agents are rude. Communication is non-existant and they seem to think everyone is below them. I waited for 3 hours at 314 Midsummer Boulevard (where they say their office is on their website) the day I was moving in, there was no call from them, no one came down, no one met me there and the lady at reception said they do not even have an office there anymore. The whole time I was calling their phone and no one picked up. 3 hour wait for a £1500 a month apartment. I was quite often left without heating or hot water over the weekends when my gas card ran out and they could not be bothered to come refill it on time or weren't picking up the phone. They also expected me to keep an eye on the landlords mail for them and got aggy when I said they never asked me to. They are a lot more useless than this and I have a few more stories. Just trust me and stay away.

When through Cube Agency over 10 months in Milton Keynes.Flat was clean.And when i left on my Eye i left it how i got it.so no damage and clean. They Stopped £ 220 they said flat wasn't that clean. I'd never recommend any one to go through Cube lettings Milton keynes because if you pay for Deposit when you gonna get your deposit back will be Short

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
