Phoned Rendells up about some land they had for sale on there site in Newton about, a guy answeared the phone and he sounded half alseep as if he had just been woken up. The listing said sales in excess 45000 i was a cash buyer and local and was trying to inquire if it was worth me putting a offer in or not but the guy wouldnt tell me what other offers had already been put in, i told him well if i dont know a rough price then how do i know if i can even afford it, he then got a bit shitty with me so i just said you know what forget it, he then hung up on me. Very unprofessional he clearly just couldnt be bothered dealing with me. I could of gone up to 80 grand so its possible i could had put a offer in and bought this land but i dont have time for games.
