If i could i would put 0 stars . Firstly they hook you into a 6 month contract which actually means you have to stay for 8 months as they told me 2 month notice needs to be given after 6 months . They charge way to much rent for a property with no air flow or windows for that matter. They have not once replied to any of my concerns or decide to apologise /address them for all the problems i had. When i first moved in i had a big cocrach problem , that was sorted after 2 months . Great . Then at the same time i had a very big any problem that was never really solved and till the end of the tenancy only got worse . I couldnt leave a drunk of juice for more then 10 minutes as ants would come and climb into my cup. My health got very bad from the lack of air/sun in that property . There was 2 windows in the studio that in the end turned out to be borded up from the other side. Even if they would of opened it would of led to a boiler room (another closed room ) outside meaning if there was a gas leak i would be the first one to not wake up . There was a fire alarm that would go off in the whole building constantly . They couldn't figure out why . Everyone got woken up at 4 am on a bank holiday and no one could turn the fire alarm off till nearly 7 am that day as no one works on a bank holiday. We stood outside in the cold for nearly 3 hours . On top of all this when they finally turned the main fire alarm off completely there was a constant beeping noise from the fire mains box which was outside my studio which meant i couldnt sleep at night at all . In addition to this when i spoke to other tenants one of them disclosed to me that they entered her property without informing her and they just walked in while she was there present at the time. I cant imagine how many times they entered my property without me being present or informing me. On top of all of this i was paying council tax to live in crackhead alley and not have a appropriate bin to put my rubbish. They informed to put it oustide the bus stop but when i was walking one morning i saw a enforcement officer going through the rubbish who told me that this was littering and will be fined for it . I wrote multiple emails to my living condition to which i never got a official reply almost as if to say if they dont reply the dont take responsibility for any of it . The icing on the cake was the rat or creature living in my vent who would screach and run across my vent leaving dust to fall through it onto my floor. It was scary . Soon the screws were very loose and it became apparent that the creature would soon fall through . My prayers are with the person that moved to flat 21 in the alley way by the agency as during this heatwave they must be burning alive inside with the ants . I was a good tenant who always paid my rent but i had the rude lady Poppy who would always challenge me and get very rude . If you are supposed to work with people please do fix your attitude towards them as you will not get far in life . Only person that would speak to me in a proffesional manner was sam (i think that was his name ) he always tried to reply to me and worked around the fact that i work full time so i cant always be available for maintenance issues . Apart from that it was 8 months of hell . I have attached pictures as to how much of hell it was. Please do double check your room 20 times before you rent with this agency as they arent much help after you sign the contract . To think they would still rent this same studio is disgusting they have no shame. Also dont let them bump the price up like they did to me. Advertised as 800 and in the day before signing contract he called me to say actually its 850 and landlord said someone else was interested and they offered 850. Thieves and liars. In conclusion ive been waiting to post this until i get my deposit back which i did in full finally today but i dont want anyone else having any kind of experience like me that why i am writing this review. Thanks for reading and i do apologise it was so long also do apologiseif your ar eating as this pictures are not what you want to see .

I am rating this agency with 1 STAR because I can\'t provide less stars. It is a complete FRAUD. I can ensure you this; they seem nice but they are dishonest and lie perpetually just to make more money from you. From my our first meeting I realized they were dodgy and I did not trust my guts, I was completely wrong. They made my life miserable for 6 months with constant noise, entering to the apartament when I was asleep, with huge amounts of rubbish in the entrance even we were paying cleaning fees or not hot water for a week.I had a 6 months contract and they pushed me to stay 2 more months threating me directly that if I\'d leave earlier, would not see my deposit back. At the end I had to go to council to have it back which took me, numerous meetings, money and all the stress and headaches. This is a real review and I can\'t believe they are people rating this with 5 STARS, they must work for them though. Please avoid under any circumstances, pay a bit more and choose another agency Please.

I concur with the other negative reviews here - I suspect they're not above board as a business. Transparently try to scam as many arbitrary charges from your deposit as possible when you leave. Don't trust any words from them, as they never keep their promises.
