My flatmate and myself travelled 2 hours together to view a property let by this company and the agent didn't even turn up to the viewing. When I called to ask about this I was basically told the viewing didn't exist and they didn't even bother to come to help or answer any questions regarding the situation. So unhelpful and would not book another viewing with this company again.

At Martin & Co, our customers are important to us, and we believe you have the right to a fair, swift and courteous service at all times.
We aim to deal with your concerns promptly, effectively and in a positive manner.
If you have a complaint about the service that you have received from the Martin & Co local office* you should put your concerns in writing to the address noted below. The correspondence will be acknowledged within 3 working days. The matter will then be investigated and a full response sent to you within 15 working days.
If you feel the matter remains unresolved you need to address your complaint to the Proprietor at the address below, who will conduct an investigation and respond with a final viewpoint.
In the unlikely event that you remain dissatisfied then you may refer the matter to The Property Ombudsman (TPO) at the following address:
