Run away from Julie the letting coordinator no customer service skill whatsoever. charged me for a gas certificate for one of my properties but I found out she never sent any gas engineer there I will make sure I sue this company for lying to me Even an EPC check was not done until when I asked for my property back bunch of incompetent people don’t use this company to manage your property
