Excellent agency - very prompt in handling interested clients and responding to emails. I have liaised with Julia, Carol and Adam. Julia and Carol have always been lovely, professional and prompt (in their email responses + troubleshooting). Adam was great showing me around and on my last day, even helped me dismantle a tricky piece of furniture and volunteered to take it to my car. He was exceptionally kind, professional and so helpful - he really made my day as I had mentally prepared to part with that pricey piece if we couldn't dismantle it. As for any disadvantages, not a big flaw but it would be nice if the landlord made it clear to the tenants that the outstanding electricity credit is not returned back to the tenant - the apartment I lived in did not return credit to clients and the supplier enlisted the landlord as responsible. The landlord said they didn't return credits and it will continue to run until it empties out the account. While this is a landlord issue and not an agency one, it would be nice to have this disclaimer highlighted for prospective clients for situational awareness. I really enjoyed my stay and service through this agency; Adam and Julia - you've been nothing short of helpful, timely and professional which is what busy workaholics like me really appreciate!
