After booking a viewing with their system and traveling almost 100 miles to view the property I receive a notification saying that my viewing had been cancelled, no reason or explanation given. This is after I had traveled a long distance and only received this message after I had arrived near the property less than an hour before the viewing. I tried contacting them multiple times but I only received the same basic 'we cancelled your viewing' message again. Then still no answers or explanations given, no help what so ever. I've dealt with some poor agents in the past, these these guys really take the pi**

I was told a time for a viewing with this company, only once I'd got to the property on the following day after driving a very long distance, to be told that he didn't see my message so my viewing was cancelled! Very unreliable ... Read Full Review
