I really wouldn't recommend Signature Estates unfortunately. Selling a flat, no chain other than buyer and seller (us) for one vacant property. Sold at beginning of May22 still not completed by 24/08/2022 - last contact from Signature Estates was at the beginnjng of August. Send numerous emails, no response. Left 3 phone messages, no response. Very little activity, that we can see or are aware of by Sugnature Estates to support the sale. On their "sellers portal" last update for us the sellers was June 2022, last update on buyers progression is stated as July 2022, now being 24/08//2022. It has been extremely hard work with Signature Estates - PLEASE BE AWARE!
