Beware of Jigsaw Property Solutions in Lincoln. This is the worst Estate Agent to manage your property in Lincoln. Our property was given to them to manage, and they lied to us that they managed the property to later find out that we were paying them to manage the property, but they never managed the property. Also, billing us for repairs they never carried out and the list goes on and on. When we got the property back it was in a very bad state, and they just washed their hands off it. Beware of Jigsaw Property Solutions in Lincoln.

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
