Where do I start, I had been living in one of Caridons properties for nearly two years and it was the worst time of my life, it has messed with my mental health to the point I now am on medication not only did a member of staff let himself into my room at 5.30am sending me text messages to meet him in the basement while he was in another residents room drinking and consuming drugs, they also employe illegal immigrants and theifes... Non of there staff are dbs checked even though they are going into single mothers properties who are vulnerable and have small children, when I reported the incident about the member of staff Alex sending me messages telling me to meet him in the basement and then decided to come to my door and put the key in And let himself in to which I called the police and they had to come and remove him from the building I also sent them a screenshot of the message he was sending Caridons said he would be dismissed and they will no longer be using them contractors, to my surprise a few weeks later I returned home to find the same man painting the communal hallway ? I called Caridons right away and they didn't know what to say said they would look into it, to which I received a email back stating he was in the building but it was because someone called in sick so he was covering them, baring in mind after what he did I was told he no longer works for them... SHOCKING .. Secondly a member of staff was at the property to Carrie out some maintinace work to which resulted to him touching residents belongings and putting them in the bin to then assaulting them and there guest to which the police were again called and they run away to be overhead by neighbours stating they didn't want the police involved because of immagration status to which is now being looked into, also on me moving out I was given some time to collect my stuff but the locked had to be changed, I took what I could and went back for the rest as planned on arrival I noticed my curtains were not up so when I asked who had took them down and we're was they and that the room wasn't how I left it I was told no one had been back there since the day I left and only one person had the keys that was Sebastian when I asked so we're was my stuff and who had been in there they replied noone but they only had the keys, to my shock horror I went to collect my mail last night and on arrival I find my curtains hanging back up in my old place lol now noone had touched them or been back into the room as it had my stuff but now the curtains are back up... The list is endless at how unprofessional and crocked this company is.. they are putting mothers and there children at risk of all sorts and are running and dealing in illegal behaviour I have email evidecnts and pictures of some of the stuff they have done and have stated that I will now be taking them to court to start a case as they need to be exposed, also Sebastian taking cash off people being housed by the council to let them move in before there move in date that is covered by the council his charging them rent absolutely disgusting... I would not recommend staying in one of Caridons properties. They put you living with dangerous people like ex offenders, who have been in prison. This is not a safe environment to live in. I am housed in Imperial Apartments run by Caridon, it is so so awful. The doors and corridors are constantly dirty, and when complaining about the dirtiness and unhygienic standards of the area, I was told they only have 1 cleaner who works full-time.
