very disappointed. being told that the owner of the property no longer wanted to rent the house to me. I agreed to pay at least 6 months' rent in front and so looking forward to moving in. I do not understand why a landlord will not rent to a tenant who is willing to pay at least 6 months' rent in front. I spent a lot of effort looking for a house... I am very disappointed. I called Homelet and was told that Homelet did not carry out my reference check, they would only do so after the agency viewed my application.
