Believe me when I say this.. I am laid back & easy going, I've been with SG & HOMES4U with no problems but these guys hahaha..... Was sent the wrong forms TWICE. Unable to contact the main office number (0845) as it was cut-off??(which estate agent do you know has they're main phone line cut off & have to call a snotty employees mobile number?). The employee was only available though a crackly mobile number & when he did decide to pick the phone up after being asked is this Property Goal?, replied with 'yeah, depends whose askin?'. Was also ignored by the managing director after sending an email & multiple calls to talk about a deposit return issue. Had to go down to the office to get in contact & when I did the office was full of sandwich wrappers & when asked to sit down had to move crap off the seats just to do so? It looked like a teenagers bedroom frankly. Paid

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
