My worst experience was with Bidmead Cook Abergavenny office. If the property is nice / in demand they will never give it to me whatever my offer is , if it is not - vert old, needs lots of work, stayed on the market for months and they reduced its asking price - they will email me and call me as if saying this this what you deserve. Pleas avoid dealing with them to avoid disappointment and depression.
