The photos on the website for Fairway court in Leeds looked amazing, the guy was late but we were very excited for the viewing so we didn't mind. Could hear dogs barking the whole time we were waiting - even though no pets are allowed apparently. Once inside - the corridors inside were stained, ripped and dirty. The flat too was worn down, nothing like the pictures on the website. The guy said it's recently refurbished because the last tenant trashed the place. It said a lot about the people who we'd potentially be living next door to.
