Left waiting outside a property that I had booked to view. A member of my family had booked time from work to accompany me — Costly. Sold board had gone up, no-one at the property at all. Good job we hadn't travelled far! Rang Homes2Sell and was assured someone would ring me back; waited a week and no-one had to courtesy to do so. Wrote to the manager asking for his comments. Waited another week and no reply. My experience shows a total lack of integrity on the part of this company. I still have had no apology or explanation given as to how this happened. Not even the manager cares enough to respond. How can you trust an agent who does this? Unprofessional and lacking all responsibility towards customers.
