BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY !! Had the worst experience ever. Had a few properties fully managed by this agent and everything was going well until I decided I will manage the properties myself. To my surprise they had become vile and derogatory. They showed a face which was contrary to what I had seen before . They were rude and attitude had changed. All because I decided to manage my own properties myself. The directors become assertive of my own property and were threatening me by throwing pieces of policies on me to try to prevent me getting the management of my properties into my own hands. Obviously they didn’t want to lose my service as they were earning a lot from my properties but it became ugly. I never expected this as I was with them for a long time. Always paid all the faces on time and never expect much from them. The truth faces and the rude attitudes become apparent when I requested that I will manage my properties myself. The best property management service is by far 2Roost. Please use them instead of this rubbish company KEY2GO.

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
