Very unprofessional company, told us four days before signing our tenancy that the landlord had 'changed their mind' about renting to us despite agreeing in writing. We have had to cancel everything including our son's school move, which is complicated enough. Took ages to complete anything, and we had to constantly ring and ask about things. Don't bother with this lettings agency, go for a bigger one that actually knows what they are doing.

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
