Absolutely shocking, without a doubt the most unprofessional estate agent I've ever used. I had a viewing arranged for one of their properties, arrived 10 minutes prior to my arrival time granted, walked up to the door and knocked, then rang the door bell, no answer. I looked through the window at 2 mins to my appointment time and could see the estate agent inside but he completely blanked me, no acknowledgement whatsoever. I knocked at the appointment time, waited another 2 minutes but nobody answered the door so I returned to my car, turned around and as I drove off at 5 minutes past my appointment time the estate agent casually strolled out. What a shocking way to greet someone who is looking to buy a home from them! I would advise anybody looking for a courteous professional estate agent to avoid I-agent homes in Northwich at all costs!

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
