Totally shambolic company. I was with this company for 8 months approx. The owner Colin and .the manager Michelle do not care about you or your property. It's excuse after excuse.I moved in and was handed keys outside the property and not even shown where anything was or how anything worked inside. Their own inventory they gave me pointed out several areas of what can only be described as filthy. They obviously find it acceptable to hand over a property like this. I reported 2 jobs for repair when I moved in. I sent weekly emails for updates and tried to call weekly (phone goes to answerphone asking you to email). It look over 3 months for me to get a response and that was only after they sent an email to me and others regarding something different and I responded to all. 1 of the issues has finally been repaired 7 months after I moved in. The other has never been addressed. Luckily the LL has seen sense and moved the property to another agent. Avoid at all costs.

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.

This will help us to improve our standards. If you have a complaint about our service, or about the service of a contractor or third party who we have instructed to provide goods or services in relation to a property owned by or occupied by you, please write down the details of your complaint and send it to: Glasgow Property Letting ltd 17 Elmbank street Glasgow G2 4PB admin@glasgowpropertyletting.com 0141 221 3990 On receipt of your complaint we will adhere to the following procedure: - Stage 1 We will acknowledge receipt of your complaint in writing within 5 working days of receiving it, giving you a named contact who will be dealing with the complaint. Stage 2 Your named contact will then investigate your complaint and will send you a detailed written reply, including their suggestions for resolving the matter, within 10 working days of us receiving your complaint. There may occasionally be circumstances outwith our control which prevent us from adhering to this timeframe. These include: - • when the office is closed for public holidays; • where adverse weather or sickness has led to staff shortages; • where we cannot respond in full without the input of a third party (e.g. contractor, landlord, tenant) who is not available; • where we cannot respond in full without visiting the rental property and the tenant is restricting access; • where we cannot respond in full without the input of a key member of staff who is not available.
