Puts up boards outside the wrong house on private land belonging to me. Asked him to remove it then places it infront of my house instead. Tenants get people knocking on the house asking if they are selling. Reported him for flying boarding.

14 Mar 2022Completely untrue and incorrect. I would suggest being less threatening and shouting less also.

15 Mar 2022Advertised the house may 2021 and the board is still there nearly a year later. Wow. Putting the board in the wrong side of the road again ridiculous behaviour. That desperate for property they have to fly board. No threats were made just a promise to have the board removed and delivered to their office at their cost. Advertising outside a house makes people think that house is for sale. Placing it outside a house not for sale when your house for sale is 40m away from the board position is fly boarding. My tenants have had people knock all day. The council also agreed with me that the board would make people think the house behind the board was for sale. Agent was asked three times. Still waiting for it to be collected. If they can’t be bothered to apologise but be rude back stating they are within their rights to place a board in the public highway and they will teach the council the rules of boarding. A clever man by far. Stay away from them if they can’t be bothered to remove a board annoying a customer.

15 Mar 2022I was shouting because your staff kept defending their actions. The fact you know what board I had complained about again shows that you intentionally left it there or got the board moved off my private land into the main road to annoy me. Why put a board outside the wrong side of the street. Why not put it outside 4-11 instead which is the same side the house is on. You did it on purpose simple. I didn’t threat I promised to have your board returned to you via courier and costs charged to you. Or would you rather the board was dumped into the bin costing you to have another board made. Seeing as you got so many other sold properties being advertised as for sale. False advertising.

15 Mar 2022Actually the rules are not like you said. As the comments stated. The board has to be near the house. See online rules Where Can I Place Estate Agent Boards / Signs? Boards may be displayed only on, or within the curtilage of, the property to which they relate. This means you cannot place boards on the street outside the property, next door (even if you also manage this property), or across the street, even if the house is not clearly visible from the street. Your board was not outside your house. It was outside mine.

15 Mar 2022Perhaps you should check your facts as the board in question relates to a property which completed Friday the 11th of March 2022. Additionally I’m sure the Council would have also advised that the land in question does absolutely not form part of your land. I also find it staggering that “you have received so many enquires for your house” considering it is a “Sold” board displayed Finally, as advised do not contact our company again. Your rude, aggressive and threatening behaviour will not be tolerated. Good evening.

I contacted this agency with regards to a property listed for rent. I explained that me and my partner did not have the greatest credit, however, we did have an guarantor available. They told me this would be perfectly fine, however, five hours before viewing, they called me to say they will not go ... Read Full Review
