Our property has been sold within weeks ans we would recommend Pennine Kennedy to anyone and everyone in manchster. Richard is a great communicator and did an excellent marketing including a short video for our home. We had multiple viewings within 2 weeks and property sold within a week after. Great work excellent experience. Keep it up guys!

This agent promoted gazundering and is very unethical. We had an offer accepted on a property. The agent refused to ask the vendor if they were to take the house off the market. 2 weeks later we were told by the agent another buyer had underbid bid on the property and we lost out. 0 out of 5 ...
