Terrible experience throughout. I wanted to view a property and emailed the estate agents, to which I got no reply. I had anticipated this so I called them via rightmove but I've been so disappointed with their response. They never answer the phones, I've had to call several times in an hour just to speak to someone, and even then the person answering the phone didn't seem very enthusiastic. I was never contacted when a viewing was cancelled, I had to call them only for them to finally answer 5 minutes before the virtual viewing. They said they would be in touch if the property viewing would be rescheduled but here I am over a week later and no contact, the listing has now got a 'let agreed' notice on the rightmove website. I'm never going through them to find a property again.

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
