She was the most unprofessional sales agent. She booked a viewing and when I arrived, I called to say I was there and she said it had been let. She pretended to be someone else and said she'd left me voice notes earlier canceling the viewing. I listened to a voice note that was sent once i got off the phone with her and called the number left on the voice note. She picked up and said that Adele was not around and asked if there was anything she could help with to which I said No. A friend who was listening in on the whole conversation called 10seconds later and Adele picked up again and thinking it was a new client said she was available...my friend hung up She called back to insult me when she realised she had been caught. I would like to request for the recording of the call to be listened to. This happened between 16:40 - 16:50 on 10th March 2022. It is quite unfortunate that she would for no reason treat a prospective client in such a shabby way due to racial hate.

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
