Kelly provided us an exceptional service from the very first meeting until we sold our home and secured our dream home. Kelly was dedicated to truly understanding the requirements of our new home, no easy task when we described it as ‘something different’ as well as the need for a quick sale. Kelly’s communication throughout the process was incredibly efficient and she skilfully managed to ensure all parties where kept fully briefed throughout. Due to Kelly’s exemplary listening and communication throughout, it ensured our sale and moving process was smooth and any usual anxieties associated with moving, were eradicated. Kelly’s determination to find our ‘something different’ and to secure a prompt sale was unwavering and whenever our hope faltered, Kelly’s positivity kept us searching in earnest. Once we had sold our home, Kelly effectively managed the other stakeholders and ensured the Solicitors acted swiftly.
