This very scammer agents, the agent Will step a nose between me and the tenant and try to get me to buy their monthly management service, when i only asked them to find tenant and they try and try again and again ask me to buy the service, and i rejected and they did not wanted to hand over tenants information and all the documents, i have to chase each document each time cuz they will not send over all in once and yet, this guy Will told my tenant to accuse me harassed and do not pat rent, the other hand Will tried to educate me and give me lecture and saying i need him to manage my property and accuse me is an lousy landlord, and twist my word, this is so unacceptable and aggressive approach with no ethic!

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed).
