Terrible, not a true word spoken from this company. Clearly states in their contract that they WILL market your property on Zoopla but they DO NOT. I lost faith in them and when I pointed out the above, they responded by saying "we do advertise on zoopla but only if a client requests it" Well, firstly, that's not what the contract says, and secondly, why would you even need to request them to advertise on a market leading platform such as zoopla...it should just happen as per the contract! And I have the paperwork that confirms this. Their office is at the rear of an old mill complex which is far from easy to locate, unlike any other estate agent....not sure why that is??

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
