Called to view several properties and could not view anything as the agents where only prepared to undertake block viewings at times convenient to them. Considering we where relocating to the area and had to travel several hundred miles we did not have the option to fit in with their schedule. I would say they are not servicing buyers or sellers well and looking to only maximise profit with minimum effort.
