Disappointed that, despite calling the branch and emailing them to inform them that my mother had passed away, they continued to send communications in her name which was distressing. My father continued to stay in the property, which was immaculate when he left to move into a care home with dementia, however money was retained two weed the garden/borders. Appreciate that some maintenance was required to the garden, but given that my parents had lived there and the landlords had not paid a penny towards any upkeep for four years, I believe in retention of 20% is a little excessive. I expressed my displeasure to Stacey when she called me almost 4 weeks after vacated the property. Pleased I don’t have to deal with Butters John Bee again (Pls note, the garden lawn was perfectly mowed so it was just the borders)

Sadly wouldn't recommend them if your a landlord don't reply to messages I regret the day going with them and going to be homeless as they said my tenants would move out in four weeks so gave notice where I was living and can't stay on so avoid like the... Read Full Review
