My overall experience in buying through Tim Russ was excellent and I would award it a 5 star rating. My deepest thanks goes to Fiona who, by understanding my personal needs at the start of the journey, facilitated a very early viewing at the property which has to be described as being Practically Perfect in every way for me. Daniel then helped steer the sale through a few troubled waters to completion three months later. He was professional, courteous, and supportive throughout the negotiations. My only negative experience with Tim Russ was when Daniel was on holiday at the 11th hour, when I felt very under valued by his colleague, who stood in for a week, which was disappointing.
