I kept calling them over and over, for a couple weeks on a property I was interested in renting. The person who would pick up would always pick our phone number and name and that's it. They never called once. I had to call them. The guy who was always picking up kept sounding like he was tired of me calling, like an "why are you talking to me" attitude. Only last time I called he seemed a bit better. There was an property I was interested, it stayed up for those two weeks, and now it shows "LET AGREED". They said it was been referenced too. They didn't even bother to call back for the let agreed or for any of the other times I called inquiring. If you call that good customer service, I don't want to know what's bad.

My overall experience in buying through Tim Russ was excellent and I would award it a 5 star rating. My deepest thanks goes to Fiona who, by understanding my personal needs at the start of the journey, facilitated a very early viewing at the property which has to be described as being Practically Perfect in every way for me. Daniel then helped steer the sale through a few troubled waters to completion three months later. He was professional, courteous, and supportive throughout the negotiations. My only negative experience with Tim Russ was when Daniel was on holiday at the 11th hour, when I felt very under valued by his colleague, who stood in for a week, which was disappointing.

Tim Russ & Company Estate Agents in Thame blow any negative stereotypes out of the water!
We chose Tim Russ & Company Estate Agents because they were straightforward in their initial approach, gave no unreasonable expectations about the price we could achieve for our house and were very clear about what we could expect when we sold with them.
And then, when through no fault of Tim Russ, it all went horribly wrong for an extended, and highly stressful, period of time their experienced negotiator Dominic kept us informed, (relatively) sane, and made extraordinary efforts to ensure that our sale completed, despite some very odd behaviours from 'professionals' further down the line. All with exemplary professionalism, manifesting itself in (very) good humour, excellent negotiation and mediation skills, and real patience. Importantly, we felt respected and valued, despite the problems with this sale.
We are very happy to recommend this professional, efficient and trustworthy branch of Tim Russ & Company Estate Agents. We could not have handled this on our own. Thank you.

The service we received from Daniel and the team at Tim Russ, Thame was excellent throughout the process and we found it easy to develop a comfortable relationship. She engaged with every element of the process going the extra mile and then some and kept us in the loop and feedback information we would otherwise not have got. Although we purchased through Tim Russ this time, if we move again we would definitely instruct Tim Russ to sell our house in future.
