I agree when it comes to dealing with tennants. I had a flood from the upstairs flat over 7years ago whilst i was away at xmas the flat i reside in has never been repaired.when trying to contact the office its impossible to get a response. As ive pointed out the service thats given is not good and tennants are not looked after at all. The phone number supplied just rings and is never answered. No answer phone in place to leave any messages either.

The main problem with Sadlers is their low level of responsiveness to any communication from tenants. I emailed them several time with very specific questions and issues but never got a reply. 13 Jul 2011Totally agree. I wonder if all the residents can agree and change the management company. I am very unhappy with the service but they are quick to cash my cheques!!!!! ...
Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
