Have been renting through Darlows for 9 years and I am at the point of despair. It took 2 years to get a couple of very dangerous inspection covers changed in the garden - but at least I could usually speak to someone. I have been trying to contact them by telephone for over 2 months to report ... Read Full Review

Criminal fees required to move in! No wonder so many people are homeless.

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
