AWFUL AGENCY!! AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE. My partner has currently completed 6 months of a 12 month tenancy. Promised to repair house, issues were voiced from day 1. Kitchen window is practically falling out, kitchen ceiling is falling down, glass broken on doors, glass broken on front door, bannister poles missing, skirting boards falling apart, left with no electricity all through christmas, HOUSE USED TO BE A GROW but tried to tell him that it was a family who was in beforehand, yet they've fled the country. Bath wasn't sealed had to beg for 2 months for it to be sorted, waste water pipe is broken, leaking waste water all over the garden, left with rubbish all inside the shed, shower and boiler were both broken when he moved in, front door letter box has been glued on with expanding foam, walls held together with expanding foam. FIVE CONTRACTORS came to the house to quote, all of which they have denied, then asked him to find one and they've advised they ads not willing to pay for the repairs, threatened to contact the council and housing ombudsman and now begging for another chance!! Saying they have a contractor. AWFUL SERVICE. ALLOWING TENANTS TO LIVE IN THIS STATE!!
