If I could give zero stars I would. Avison Young is by far the worst company I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. They are unprofessional, act in their own interests and never bother to return calls. Avoid at all costs and use a professional agent that is actually interested in doing business.

NASTY HORRIBLE COMPANY : This company are hopeless. They are also bullies. Always making mistakes and sending threatening letters and escalating actions at very very short notice. I have been a commercial property tenant for a number of years and dealt with a number of property agents during that time. Without exception they have all been better than Avison Young.
