Awful, awful company! We moved into a disgusting, unclean flat that had dead flies all over the ceiling (you could still see the red blood stains). We were told it had been cleaned but it clearly hadn't as we noted many things left and hairs and toe nail clipping all over the place - we even found an old taco kit that expired a year before we moved in). We noted many broken things such as the shower and two separate lights. The boiler was also broken and took such a long time to be fixed despite the fact that it was freezing in the flat. To add to this, we had a broken bedroom window during the entirety of winter as well as not one, but TWO wasp nests because the roof tiles were shoddy - someone did a cowboy job and a half of that. This company cares so little about tenants that they won't do anything if someone is locked out their flat. I had to wait days to get into my house because the company didn't care. At the end of our tenancy, we cleaned that place and made it sparkling but were told we did a bad job, with "photographic evidence" of the corner of a door (it had a small bit of dust that clearly accumulated after we left). Do not rent from this company!! Take your money and your sanity elsewhere.
