Robin @ Ellis & Co is the single, only 'consultative' Estate Agent that I have ever met. Following an absolutely shocking example at the other end of the scale (i.e. Eastons Ltd! where we feel we were basically lied too!), Robin advised that he had a client that was looking to move to the local Tadworth area, had done a full financial check on their ability to buy and was open and communicative at every stage of the sales process. The sales process proceeded more or less exactly in line with Robin's advice, with completion last Friday 15th Feb after only a 6 week turnaround from recommending the client, to completion. At a time of ultimate stress and frustration, Robin empathetically supported us through the process in a rare way - 5 stars is not enough for what is Robins unique (unfortunately!) approach to Estate Agency.
