Did not have a positive experience with this agency. Emails take a long time to be responded to (and often go missing), several team members do not speak English very well and only part of my refund was initially returned. Unfortunately, I was not able to rent the property I had put a holding deposit down for. I was informed the landlord's decision was purely financial and the agent in fact agreed to speak to the landlord again re a higher bid. The agent even stated they were disappointed because they wanted to be in charge of the property. However, after leaving a negative review of the agency on Google, a story was fabricated about why I wasn't chosen, as well as a personal attack on my character/behaviour - simply an awful way to do business. I would not recommend going with a company that is both inefficient and misportrays the truth - the multiple negative reviews speak for themselves after all.

15 Oct 2022Sam, you were clearly informed that the final decision was down to the landlord and that was exactly the chain of event. Much as we understand you may be disappointed with the landlord's decision, we feel it is unfair of you to have taken out your frustration on us by posting negative and unjust review about us, particularly when you have been refunded in full. I am sure you would agree with me that there are better ways to express your disappointment than such approach.

17 Oct 2022Louis, My comment is in no way unjust and your firm deserves the negative reputation these many reviews demonstrate. Yes - it was the landlord’s decision, but the way your firm handled communicating that to me was unprofessional and quite frankly personal. I hope you learn from this and the many other disappointing experiences and place more focus on client experience.

Rolitex, Owned by Roland is zero honesty, horrible customer services, never checked my apartement and never did anything as management to my flat.
